During this unprecedented time, we must take a consideration in giving importance of a certain aspects in our life. While most of us are under quarantine, we must all take good care of our physical, mental and spiritual health. To me, it all works hand in hand in order for us to battle our situation. Food is a daily need of our body, our stomach will remind us when we need to eat, we must do for the sake of Physical health. While mental and spiritual health is a bit tricky, there aren't any parts of our body to signal when it's time to nurture them, but it is necessary to do so.
